These terms govern your use of Filespresso (the "Service"), operated by Dhalko Ltd ("we", "us"). By using Filespresso you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Filespresso provides browser-based tools for converting, compressing, resizing, and merging files. All processing takes place locally on your device.
2. Tips and payments
You may optionally tip the project for $1 via Stripe. Tip payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds. We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] to request a refund.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Filespresso to process illegal content.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Resell or sublicense Filespresso without our written permission.
4. Disclaimers
Filespresso is provided "as is". We make no warranties as to fitness for purpose, accuracy of conversions, or uninterrupted availability. Always keep backups of important files.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
